Day 1 will explore four forces reshaping international agriculture through four strategic lenses: policy, markets and margins, capital and investment, and AI-driven leadership capability. Day 2 - 29 January - 08:00-15:00 - What are future-proof operators doing differently? Day 2 will bring the discussion down to earth through real DFA member cases across four strategic lenses: ownership and exit, integration and biosecurity, resilience and scale, and data and autonomy.
