Registration & Cancellation Terms

• Registration is binding upon submission.
• The participation fee will be invoiced by Danish Farmers Abroad and is payable within 8 days of the invoice date.
• Cancellations received no later than 1 December 2026 will receive a full refund.
• After 1 December 2026, the participation fee is non-refundable.
• A registered participant may be replaced by another person from the same organisation at no additional cost. Please inform Danish Farmers Abroad of any substitution as soon as possible.
